Synopsis: Joslyn Massie is a MFOS recipient and was interviewed on her first week of school back in 2018. She's graduated and continues to work hard for her dreams and has now come back for one more interview.

Pre-production is an art form all on it's own. Truly! I was gifted the opportunity to speak directly with Joslyn in setting up a time and place for her interview and b-roll shoot. Since Joslyn is now a nursing student, I felt it appropriate to stage the interview in a medical center. After a bit of research, I made a few calls and got permission to set the interview at UF's Resource Nursing Center. It's a bit of an adrenaline rush to hear, "of course you can do that here! We'd love to have you." And since I was also the editor of this piece, I wrote up the interview questions that helped structure the finished product.
